Shipping policy
When you place an order for CBD products through the Kryptonite CBD website, your order will be shipped to the address you designate as the "Shipping Address", the driver will attempt one delivery. If you are not there, or if the driver is unable to deliver, the driver will aim to deliver your parcel to a neighbour or will leave at a local collection point.
Shipping Costs/Times:
Standard Delivery 48 Hour Tracked - £5 for orders under £50 *(Monday - Thursday) In order to qualify orders must be submitted no later than 2.30pm for 48 hour delivery.
Free 48 Hour Tracked Delivery - Orders over £50.00 *(Monday - Thursday) In order to qualify orders must be submitted no later than 2.30pm for free 48 hour delivery.
24 Hour Tracked Delivery - £8 for orders (Monday - Thursday) In order to qualify orders must be submitted no later than 2.30pm for next day delivery.
- Missing or Lost Packages – All our parcels are tracked. Should your shipment not arrive within the specified times indicated above then please contact us immediately at kryptonite@gmail.com and we will work to resolve this issue. Kryptonite CBD will take NO responsibility if your package is stolen, we advise that you report and incidents to the police.
- Please Note: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure our product can be imported legally to the customer's location. Kryptonite CBD will not be held responsible for shipments seized by customs.
